The measure of our success depends on the measure of our client’s success. Did we succeed in elevating their mission? Are they more inspired, motivated, productive and happier than they were before the improvements? We take ongoing client feedback and occupant outcomes seriously. So seriously in fact, that we have created proprietary survey instruments to measure outcomes. This all begins at the Pre-Design Phase with client verification of how we have defined their problem, followed by our periodic client confirmations though the design process and comes full circle at post occupancy by our obtaining feedback regarding our chosen solution. We continue afterwards to explore our client’s experience through our Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) process and maintain our communication with a series of follow-up POE surveys at one, three and five year milestones from initial occupancy.
