Tip Stallings Civic Center Assessment

Client: Town of Stallings​​

The Town of Stallings engaged Boomerang to conduct a study of their existing Tip Stallings Civic Center building for possible renovation, addition or replacement. The study involved the investigation of the administration’s space needs, assessment of the current building and site analysis. The assessment led to the development of several conceptual schemes that varied from all new construction to a combination of additions and renovations.
